While no specific major is required for many Pre-Professional Health Science Programs, Concordia University Chicago offers programs to prepare students for a number of post-baccalaureate graduate degrees. The College of Health Science and Technology offers Pre-Professional Programs in Athletic Training, Clinical Exercise Physiology, Dentistry, Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic Medicine. These programs are not majors, but include sequences of foundational and prerequisite courses for entry into graduate professional study. Dedicated faculty and academic advising staff provide consistent and personal advisement of the student's academic program throughout their time at Concordia University Chicago.

LECOM Early Acceptance Program (EAP)
- Dentistry (D.D.S.) Early Acceptance Program
- A 4 + 4 partnership with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dentistry, is a competitive admission program for selected high school seniors or current Concordia-Chicago students prior to the start of their junior year.
- Medicine (D.O.) Early Acceptance Program
- A 4 + 4 partnership with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Medical College, It is a competitive admission program for selected high school seniors or current Concordia-Chicago students prior to the start of their junior year.
- Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Early Acceptance Program
- A 4 + 4 partnership with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Pharmacy, It is a competitive admission program for selected high school seniors or current Concordia-Chicago students prior to the start of their junior year.
Condordia University Chicago/Concordia University Wisconsin – Early Assurance Program - PharmD
Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy (CUWSOP) offers an Early Assurance Pathway into the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program for high school seniors and current college freshmen who seek a clear pathway through the PharmD application and admission process. This is not a direct-admit program.
- Achieve a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale)
- OR achieve a minimum first-year collegiate GPA (at least 12 credits) of 3.0 (4.0 scale)
- Complete and submit the Early Assurance application by June 1. Early application is encouraged
- Submit two letters of reference by June 1 using this form
- Interview with Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy, as invited.
Students will declare their interest in the Early Assurance pathway by submitting the above requirements. The School of Pharmacy Office of Recruitment and Admissions will review students who complete all requirements and determine qualifications to interview for the program.
Athletic Training Masters (MS)
- A partnership with North Park University guaranteeing admission of two CUC students each year who have earned a B.A./B.S. in any major, preferably BS Health Science, with a C or better in pre-requisite course requirements, current CPR/AED certification, 50 observational hours approved by an athletic trainer, a GPA of 3.0, and CUC application acceptance interview. This leads to a Master of Science in Athletic Training.
